Recruitment Team Lead

NOK Human Capital is hiring Recruitment Team Lead in the Mass Hiring Team

Job Description:

1) Oversee daytoday performance and workflow ensuring SLAs and targets are met.

2) Provide feedbacks and support in sourcing to the team and ensure everything is going smoothly.

3) Continuously monitor the performance of the team and craft tailored development plans for each member.

4) Train and coach newcomers and provide the required training sessions for existing employees frequently

5) Create a healthy and comfortable work environment & conduct 1:1 meetings in an organized manner.

6) Monitor adherence and conformance to shifts and schedules.

Requirements:

1) 12 years of experience as TL

2) Excellent written and spoken English level

3) Excellent communication and presentation skills

4) Previous experience in communicating with clients

5) Previous experience in training & hiring in HR or CS industries

6) Recruitment agencies background is a plus
