NOK Human Capital is hiring Recruitment Supervisor in the Mass Hiring Team

Job Description:

1) Supervise team leaders seniors specialists & interns in Mass Hiring Team ensuring SLAs and targets are met.

2) Be point of contact with external clients and conduct weekly meetings to ensure good follow up process

3) Organize and facilitate Team Meetings and provide client requirements & feedbacks

4) Participate in the preparation and implementation of operational plans with management

5) Preparing daily weekly and monthly reports to management to follow the flow & ensure profitability

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

1) 7 years of experience in recruitment field

2) Excellent written and spoken English level

3) Excellent communication and presentation skills

4) Previous experience in communicating with clients

6) Recruitment agencies background is a plus
