Internship Description
Job Description:•
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
The intern will learn:Recruitment Process (Screening, Headhunting & interviewing)
Application Deadline: 3 month
Internship Start date: Immediate
Duration: 3 Month might be renewable based on performance & business needs
Internship Requirements
- Perfect command of English (C1)
- Preferably to be Elsheikh Zayed Resident
- Fresh Grads are preferred
- Commitment to deadlines
- Age from 22 to 30
- Ability to work under Stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Benefits :Certificate will be provided for the internship period
