As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for finding teachers and teaching assistants who are interested in working in schools in central London UK. You will need to be confident building relationships with potential candidates by phone using social media and job boards to find candidates and consistently using our candidate CRM system to maintain records.


In this fulltime contract role you will have the option to take UK school holiday periods off. Your hours will be 8:30am to 4:30pm remotely allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in South Africa.


To be successful in this role you will need to be confident using social media and job boards to find candidates. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with candidates from all over the world including the UK Australia South Africa New Zealand USA Canada and Europe among many other places.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and recruitment with a bubbly and enthusiastic personality. You will need to be a selfstarter who is able to work independently and remotely.


If you have previous experience in recruitment sales customer contact centres or a related field excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time management skills then we want to hear from you. Knowledge of primary school education and the UK education system is a plus but not required.
