Warehouse Supervisor

Red Ember recruitment is looking for a warehouse supervisor in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse assistants warehouse technicians and a warehouse administrator.

Management of stock and assets in the warehouse:

• Supervise and control order picking goods in goods out to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
  
• Supervise counting and identifying of stock ensure stock counts are done on time.
  
• Prepare work schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution staff follow safety rules.
  
• Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows.
  
• Ensure that the stock is captured onto database.
  
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
  
• Ensure stock is in the correct locations.
  
• Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent stock shortages.
  
• Attend and resolve customer s queries.
  
• Submit relevant reports as and when required.
  
• Receipt Of Stock GRN process etc.
  
• Serialisation Of Assets.
  
• Weekly Distribution of Stock to regions.
  
• Exports to Africa.
  

Manage the movements of assets:

• Plan and manage logistics warehouse transportation and customer services.
  
• Supervise the movement distribution and storage of Draught/Coffee equipment.
  
• Control the flow of incoming Draught/Coffee equipment and outgoing Draught/Coffee equipment to ensure customers (internal/external) receive the Draught/Coffee equipment on time.
  
• Keep records of quality and quantity stock levels delivery times transport costs and efficiency.
  
• Attend and resolve customer s queries.
  
• Submit relevant reports as and when required.
  
• Assets moved within the SLA branches.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply chain/Logistics/Warehouse
  
• 3 4 years experience
