About The Role
We are seeking to hire a passionate and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role starts off on a contract basis and can be progressed to fulltime depending on the performance and achievements of the hired candidate after a period of 6 months.
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the TA team to facilitate candidates through the interview process acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers for complex interviews.
  • Coordinate and support the interview process by scheduling a high volume of phone interviews and onsite interviews for teams on time
  • Responsible for daily maintenance of ATS recruiting activities
  • Create/maintain job files and manage record retention
  • Interface with the TA and leadership team to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
  • You will work closely with our TA Specialists clients and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fastpaced organization.
  • Be an integral partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) the daily operations of our interview scheduling and providing ideas for continuous process improvements.
  • Daily interactions with candidates hiring managers TA Specialists and Leadership.
  • Provide a 5star candidate experience. This will be your mantra.
  • Shift gears at a moments notice while being able to think proactively.
  • Most importantly you enjoy the challenge of building a great team of talented individuals while helping worldclass organisations worldwide.
  • Assist in the coordination of and participation in other TA activities as needed(ie. career fair coordination/ attendance employee binding activities assessment centres etc.)
  • Train and set up new Talent Acquisition staff at various locations if needed.


Requirements


  • 2 years of proven experience in Recruitment Coordination or a similar role in a fastpaced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Communicates in a courteous and professional manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A rollupyoursleeves/ happytohelpwhereverneeded attitude a focus on detail and organisation and a constant willingness/ability to learn.
  • Extreme detail orientation and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with recruitment staff.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Experience with ATS and HR management software will be a plus.
  • Full understanding of HR legislation policies and procedures.
  • Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.


2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing position in a fast paced environment Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter). Hands-on experience with various ATS and CRM tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Experience sourcing within international markets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Flexibility and adaptability, adept at shifting priorities and embracing new tools and methods to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment.
