JOB OVERVIEW

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Executive Operator to lead and manage our Human Resources Legal and Accounting departments. This pivotal role entails strategic management and coordination of our daytoday operations. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of shaping our company s future through strategic partnerships innovative business practices and exceptional technological proficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Human Resources Management
  • Direct all HR functions including recruitment training performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overarching business strategy.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all HR systems and policies.

2. Legal Oversight
  • Handle the legal aspects of the business ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on business transactions and operational matters.
  • Engage with external legal counsel as necessary.

3. Accounting and Financial Management

  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow financial transactions and accounting procedures.

4. Strategic Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners stakeholders and external entities.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and industry events.
  • Strategize to enhance the companys market presence.

5. DaytoDay Operations

  • Supervise and streamline daily business operations.
  • Establish operational policies and procedures.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams towards achieving organizational goals.

6. Advanced Technology and Computer Proficiency

  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in modern technology and computer applications.
  • Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and datadriven decision making.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions.

7. Leadership and Team Development

  • Provide inspirational leadership to the team.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation accountability and collaboration.
  • Nurture talent and develop leadership within the organization.



Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in senior management roles.
  • Documented success in managing HR legal and accounting departments.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Bilingual and fluent in English with superior communication skills.
  • Strong strategic problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the business environment and regulations in West Africa.
  • A bachelor s degree in business administration law finance or a related field. A Master s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Superior computer skills and proficiency in modern technological tools.
  • Resilient in the face of challenges and adaptable to dynamic business scenarios.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
