The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is actively looking for a


Recruitment consultant
starting asap



Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Corporate services, you will be in charge of handling recruitment assignments for our clients.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage the entirety of the recruitment process, from client brief to publication of job openings,selection and interview process,onboarding and follow-up of candidates on the job
  • Update our CRM database on an ongoing basis through all the phases of the recruitment process
  • Follow-up reporting and invoicing
  • Promote the FCCS recruitment services to potential clients, candidates and partners (schools, ...)
  • Develop business leads through networking and online monitoring
  • Build and develop an understanding of HR and recruitment trends in Asia in order to better advise and communicate with clients and candidates
  • Keep a constant watch on labor law updates and changes to HR/Recruitment regulations


Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, HR or equivalent
  • Prior experience in recruitment and/or HR or 3 years minimum experience in business with a real taste for recruitment
  • Fluent level of English is required to interact with both clients and candidates
  • Fluent level of French would be a plus
  • Excellent commercial skills, results-driven and focused
  • Good networking skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Self-starter
  • Good knowledge of Office suite and social media (LinkedIn is a must)
  • CEI certification is a plus, and should be passed if not yet achieved

Only Singapore-based candidates will be considered.
