(Real Estate Property) Finance Director

About the Company

Our client is a industrial park which is the biggest industrial park across Southeast Asia region. This premium housing located at Jakarta Cikampek, center of national development in East Jakarta, which is called as "New Semanggi". They are an established property group involved mainly in large Urban Development projects in partnership with Japanese conglomerates such as Mitsubishi Corp.

Responsibilities:

• Making managerial decision on day-to-day operational finance & accounting
  
• Taking lead & responsible on the business plan creation & implementation
  
• Managing communication with inter-department or divisions
  
• Working together with sales & marketing team to ensure the commercial terms for collaborating with partners
  
• Taking responsibility to manage the consultant in accordance with the company focus
  
• Responsible on the collection performances
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in real estate experience
  
• 10 years working experience in any industry
  
• Fully experienced in handling finance, accounting, and taxes departments
  
• Experienced in handling strategic projects with banks and investors
  
• Able to communicate in english is a must
