RD Executive

• To research draft and sketch ideas for new gaming products development.
  
• To propose ideas for new products.
  
• To prepare design and technical specification documents for new products.
  
• To carry out tests on new products prior and after product launch.
  
• To enhance the user experience of all products.
  
• Investigate and improve product quality whenever quality feedback is highlighted.
  
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with technical and creative teams.
  
• Oversee the products performance in market and take initiative to research on product development and improvements.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or relevant discipline.
  
• Candidate must have relevant game development background and knowledge.
  
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Good understanding of apps and website development.
  
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
  
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
