Job Description

- Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation for system outages or planned operations in the field/ remotely.
- Analyze RAN network elements and KPIs, fault troubleshooting, root causes, and fixing within SLA
- Monitor and analyze KPIs of RNC, BSC, and sites in terms of license, capacity, processing utilization, balanced signaling, and traffic distribution
- Operate vOSS systems and manage users/group policies
- Prepare and execute normal and major software/hardware change activities on different technologies 2G/3G/FDD/TDD
- Expand and deploy radio access sites in terms of software and hardware
- Documentation of configuration and network topology
- Test new technology and features of radio access network
- Participate in RAN spare part inventory management
- Automate the radio access processes and report generation
- Perform deep RAN hardware and software inspection , equipment health check and securing network vulnerabilities
- Identify, highlight, and fix network risks , weaknesses and single point of failure (SPOF)
- Implement and adhere to RAN processes, procedures and policies
