Job Description

- Plan and schedule production by integrating forecasts, customer orders, inventory, and capacity
- Advise procurement of material requirements and production schedule due dates; initiate purchase requisitions and expedite jobs in progress as required, including follow-up
- Provide inventory analysis as required for projected cost expenditures
- Perform Excess/Obsolete analysis
- Perform Material Assessment impact of Engineering Change Orders prior to release
- Manage and Update MRP Bill of Materials based on Engineering Change Orders
- Schedule and control primary work assignments to manufacturing activities based upon shop capacity, priority, and due date
