About the Job

• Management and follow-up of planning departments, production, quality and procurement
• Planning (material planning, production.... )
• Directing and tracking raw materials and services, directing movement, storage or inventory processing, negotiating prices and conditions with suppliers and vendors, monitoring supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Guiding and participating in production and focusing on productivity and efficiency, participating in the coordination of engineering changes for products, processes and product line accessories, or participating in the launch of new products to ensure regular and timely shifts in materials or production flow.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery management
• Return system for defective or unwanted products and product maintenance system
• Try to reduce shortages and keep costs down
• Monitoring overall performance to ensure that goals are achieved
• Follow-up marketing plans with marketing management
• Oversee safety
• Assistance to develop new products, help with inventory maintenance and monitoring, maintenance, manufacturing, shipping and delivery
• Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency
• Working with the factory manager in the final reports on the performance of the departments as a whole
• Coordination between its departments and the rest of the company's departments such as customer service, delivery, accounts, sales and marketing
• Dealing with suppliers
