- Review MoY, MoE, and NAF MEL Plans and Performance Indicators to get a better understanding of the reporting requirements of each organization, and to include real examples in the PowerPoint presentation and exercises to be prepared.
- Agree with the Activity and USAID on the specific objectives of the training course as well as training material outline.
- Prepare the training material (PowerPoint presentation and course handouts) in Arabic to be delivered during the training course and share it with the Activity for review.
- Coordinate with the Activity regarding any specific requirements prior to the training course; this might include the need for flip charts, handouts, special stationary, etc.
- In cooperation with the Activity, prepare the Training Evaluation Form based on the agreed-upon training course objectives.
