- Provide technical assistance to Deloitte Member Firms across a broad set of PFM issues.
- Lead the PFM sales and marketing effort in the region to stakeholders in government, the donor community and civil society.
- Assist in the implementation of PFM projects across the continent.
- Work closely with Deloitte clients (USAID; DFID; EU; World Bank etc) in identifying PFM gaps and formulating new project concepts, scopes of work and work plans that clearly identify short and long-range achievable, sustainable strategies for improving PFM at all levels.
- Identify technical assistance expertise required to achieve the best results and exercise quality assurance over the work and products.
- Develop thought leadership pieces on PFM issues in Africa.
