Job Purpose:
The Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure the smooth running of Project by assisting other project manager.
Job Duties:
Schedule meetings/ document meeting minutes
Support preparation of project reporting
Presentation slides preparation
Compile team training needs
Manage Project documentation repository.
Assist project manager to manage the project task.
Other administrative support where required.
Qualification
Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT with 2 to 5 years working experience.
Other Skills Required:
Meticulous
Process driven.
Firm in following process
Good in PowerPoint and Excel
