Project Manager-Service Delivery

Position Overview:

Nexapp Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Service Delivery Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our services to clients, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, and has a strong background in service delivery and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage service delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

2. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.

4. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions and contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes.

7. Conduct regular project status meetings and reviews, documenting project progress, milestones, and key decisions.

8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and company policies.

9. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, to stakeholders and senior management.

11. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.

12. Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in service delivery or related areas.

3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

6. Solid understanding of service delivery processes, customer relationship management, and client engagement.

7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex project issues.

9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

10. PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

11. Experience in the IT industry or Similar is highly desirable.

12. Flexibility to travel occasionally, as required.
