NA has a client in Cincinnati OH that is seeking a Level 2 Project Coordinator to join their team on a 6month contract to hire basis.

This is not an entry level role.

Summary:

The Project Coordinator will perform daytoday execution of program management initiatives project portfolio and support capabilities. You will be a role model and demonstrate the company s core values of respect honesty integrity diversity inclusion and safety of others.

Key Tasks:

  • Project Coordinator will coordinate all facets of program budgeting including the development and ongoing management of annual budgets; Capital and expense Plan/forecast future budgets
  • Develop progress and status reporting for corporate strategic planning team
  • As a Project Coordinator you will develop senior executive updates on indirect sourcing
  • Coordinate enablement programs including skills inventory gap analysis and training

    • Excellent vendor relationship skills related to contractor procurement purchase order and invoice processing.

Required Skills : * Candidates should have experience as a Project Coordinator * Excellent conflict and collaboration skills for issue resolution and process improvement * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in process and auditing * Ability to analyze data sets develop pivot tables and reports in Excel * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget * Knowledge of the sourcing and payment processes * Knowledge and understanding of project life cycles * Proficient using webbased applications for invoice and payment processing project maintenance and resource management * General business understanding of financials cost drivers market conditions * Excellent vendor relationship skills related to contractor procurement purchase order and invoice processing
