Applying a critical eye for detail our Project Auditor (IT) will manage the ongoing compliance and quality review of inflight and completed projects to ensure adherence to our methodology and delivery of valueadded services. Utilize your skills and contribute to our clients mission of transformation and excellence.

Key areas of focus include:

• Undertaking regular scheduled reviews of inflight projects to ensure compliance with established methodology.
  
• Ensuring appropriate and correct artifacts/tools are used to manage projects and project reporting.
  
• Providing feedback to the VP PMO on any identified gaps or organizational challenges in the project delivery process.
  
• Collaborating with the VP PMO on feedback for potential process improvements.
  
• Scheduling and leading review meetings for recently completed or canceled implementation projects.
  
• Collaborating with VP PMO for ongoing audits of artifacts their currency and scheduled reviews.
  

Essential Responsibilities of the Role Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Developing a comprehensive audit process in collaboration with the VP PMO to review projects and project artifacts.
  
• Utilizing the audit process to review and evaluate all implementation projects for compliance with methodology and the quality of deliverables.
  
• Reviewing the application and accuracy of key methodology tools including Project Plan RAID log SignOff sheets Status Reporting meeting minutes and recordings Budget vs Actual reporting PMO Project Tracker Go/NoGo and Go Live Readiness assessments Subledger Reconciliation Go Live Sign Off and Project Closure.
  
• Participating in ongoing project status calls (internal and external) as appropriate.
  

Essential Skills Required for this Role:

• Demonstrates a passion for diving into details to identify patterns or abnormalities.
  
• Applies critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with our processes through an inspection cycle.
  
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of project management processes delivery tools and methodologies.
  
• Proficient in developing and assessing compliance using checklists.
  
• Independent thinker and effective communicator.
  

Requisite Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager.
  
• Proficiency in Word and Excel with the ability to swiftly learn new software.
  
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Smartsheet is a plus.
  
• Software industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  
• Ability to work from 9 am to 6 pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and followup skills.
  
• Capable of holding self and others accountable.
  
• Proficient at multitasking and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
