Production Support Analyst

Client is seeking an Application Production Support Analyst (.Net PL/SQL Oracle) for a contract opportunity with our direct client located in Philadelphia PA. The Application/Production Support Analyst (.Net PL/SQL Oracle) will be responsible for the daytoday maintenance level II/ III support of the application systems in operation including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

Application Production Support Analyst (.Net PL/SQL Oracle) responsibilities include:

• Represent the Production Support organization on companywide project teams.
• Monitor process and software changes that impact production support for .Net Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Communicate project information to the production support staff and raise production support issues to the project team.
• Prioritize workload providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
• Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and function as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
• Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.

Required experience for the Application Production Support Analyst (.Net PL/SQL Oracle) includes:

• 68 years of experience in Application and/or Production Support skills.
• 68 years of strong PL/SQL scripting experience.
• 68 years of experience in Incident Management Change Management and Problem Management.
• 68 Years of experience in Windows Based Operating Systems including IIS knowledge and SQL Server.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing the issue and producing a resolution for .Net based applications.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing the issue and producing a resolution.
• Ability to multitask and work under tough deadlines.
• Knowledge of the following tools and technologies: SQL Server Toad .Net MQ.
