Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our organizations information systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements design system solutions and implement technological advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design develop and implement system enhancements integrations and upgrades.
• Utilize Famous software to streamline data management and improve data visualization for better decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into business performance.
• Perform system testing troubleshooting and debugging to ensure smooth system operation.
• Provide training and support to endusers to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Famous software for data management and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for report development and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
