Dimensions of job as Production Engineer (Authorized and will be responsible for)
Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows:

Allocation of work / planning of production volumes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Incharge/Responsible for the entire shop floorshift.

Coordinate with PPC for production planning and execution of the plans.

To guide & support Linesupervisors / Lineleaders in achieving the targeted production.

Responsible for inhouse quality.

Responsible for safety of the workers & Machinery.

Developing system & coordinating for the TQM initiative.

Responsible for inventory & stock management.

Responsible for productivity improvements.

Responsible for labour management & disciplinary issues (Action).

Responsible for inhouse scrap reduction.

Responsible for making sure orders are met on time that products are of the right quality
and that costs are kept as low as possible
Managing production activities and achieving production targets in quality
