Position Overview:

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As an Application Engineer you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks related to the installation testing servicing and customer support for our IGBTbased Power converters. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a cuttingedge industry and develop essential skills while contributing to our mission of ensuring power quality for our clients.

Major Responsibilities:

Installation & Testing

• Conduct Power Quality Studies to assess and improve the quality of power.
  

• Supervise the installation testing and commissioning of IGBTbased Power converters.
  

• Perform system studies and singleline diagram analysis.
  

• Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation.
  

Servicing

• Address customer issues through periodic visits ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
  

• Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance.
  

• Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality.
  

Requirements

Skills and Experiences:

• Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.
  

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  

• Technical expertise in power electronics and power quality solutions.
  

• Detailoriented and capable of preparing accurate study reports.
  

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
