Product Specialist

1. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research through various methods such as online exploration event attendance and gathering feedback from sales and marketing teams.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate findings to the reporting manager.
• Offer valuable product recommendations and suggestions.
• Collaborate and devise strategies with sales marketing and engineering teams during product design and implementation phases.
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches and events.
• Acquire and retain thorough knowledge of company product specifications.
• Demonstrate accurate and complete product functionality to internal teams.
• Schedule product training sessions for sales and marketing staff.
• Create and manage documentation of company product specifications.
• Address all productrelated inquiries promptly.
• Continuously enhance understanding of our product line.

2. Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in finance forex and CFD markets.
• Experience in the forex brokerage industry is advantageous.
• Ability to memorize product specifications effectively.
• Excellent articulation and capability to deliver engaging and inspiring demonstrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated growth mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
• Proficiency in English Mandarin and Malay languages.
• Strong analytical abilities.
