Job Description

Our client is a leading organization dedicated to improving lives in the medical and healthcare sectors. They are pioneers in innovative products such as the NEORUBIN Jaundice Meter and seek a Product Sales Specialist (Medical Consumables) to increase sales and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Conduct proactive cold calling based on their customer database and media tools to create product awareness and generate new leads.
  • Follow up with engaged customers ensuring successful sales conversion and adherence to payment terms.
  • Collaborate with the account team to manage payment processing and reconcile with company records.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales progress reports to management ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Analyze and present quarterly customer feedback survey insights to the management team.

Continuous Medical Education (CME) Talk

  • Strategize and plan CME Talk Road Tours managing event logistics as planned.
  • Document attendance and capture event moments archiving them meticulously in the companys filing system.


Sales Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify opportunities and generate new market leads.
  • Record and maintain comprehensive information on new market leads in the companys customer database.
  • Follow up diligently with potential leads to convert opportunities into sales.

Requirements

  • Education.
    Bachelors Degree in Biology / Medical Sciences or equivalent.
  • Experience.
    2 to 3 years in medical device sales for primary care facilities (General Practitioner / Private Clinic) and Orthopaedic consumables appliances and pain treatment.
  • Skills.
    Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent team player.
    Ability to convert rejections into sales closures by adapting to customer feedback during product demonstrations.

    Proficient in building and nurturing customer relationships.

    Proficient in identifying sales opportunities within the market.
