Position Overview:
As a Product Manager at Prioclen Technologies you will lead the ideation development and launch of cuttingedge technology products. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will drive the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Key Responsbilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition
- Define and prioritize features enhancements and releases in the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a wellbalanced and prioritized product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to drive product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure a cohesive product vision.
- Lead the endtoend product development process from concept to launch.
- Provide clear and detailed product requirements for the engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate with Product designers to create a usercentric design that meets customer needs.
- Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all products.
- Develop gotomarket strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar strategic role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technology trends.
- Experience using Atlassian products
