We are a globally distributed team that uses our innovative candidate assessment platform to tell a candidate s whole story and hire in the U.S. Costa Rica Mexico and India for our diverse clientele (Biotech Medical Engineering Cloud Finance Marketing among many others.)
We are currently hiring for a Product Lead in the United States and willing to be onsite participating in business workshops (NY/NJ) for a few days during the engagement for our partner client in the consumer industry.
(Remote US fulltime directhire role)
What you will do
- 15 years of product management experience in consumer industry (CPG/Retail/Pharma)
- US based/Remote but willing to be onsite participating in business workshops (NY/NJ) for few days during the engagement
- Familiar with working in large scale data/analytics/AI project to deliver business insights
- Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders
- Leads the strategy planning delivery marketing and inlife optimization of a product and responsible for product planning delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders customers market research and their own industry insight.
- Work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently highquality standard.
- Develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing sales market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery.
- Identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates product training materials and sales training).
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to endoflife
- Collect manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients
- Experience in working with Data Engineers/Data Science Teams to deliver data analytics initiatives
