Job Summary

Reporting solid line to the Head of ERP & Corporate functions for CHC, this position is a Senior Digital leadership role with accountability to set strategy, roadmap and lead deployment of solutions that drive value in the Corporate Functions area.

As a member of the Global ERP and Corporate Functions team, he/she will partner closely with the CHC Business teams to ensure that we are clearly identifying business and customer needs, prioritizing the right features, guiding the work and developing the vision and roadmap. This role drives the overall awareness, prioritization, and orchestration of resources (budget and manpower) to deliver a workable product that brings business value.

The position will require close collaboration with the CHC ERP architecture team, the business analysts responsible for the application landscape and the wider Sanofi global digital organization.

This position will require leadership, motivational and collaborative skills as well as working knowledge of technologies and solutions being implemented with the ability to understand solutions being proposed and how existing solutions can be adapted to match evolving business conditions and needs. He/She will actively manage business expectations and proactively work on closing any gaps while ensuring strategic principles are maintained. He/She will need to have good communications and interpersonal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders while acting as main technology leader before our business organization.

Key Accountabilities (included but not limited)

  • Defines and owns end-to-end Technology Roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and the architecture team.
  • Supports overall business transformation journey
  • Tracks comprehensive metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Digital Solutions for CHC to deliver value
  • Understand business requirements (including analytics ones) for the various processes, ability to challenge, interpret and translate them into competitive product solutions
  • Accountable in defining and delivering programs and deliveries for the target end-to-end processes
  • Act as a technology leader and main Digital representative.
  • Works in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers / Digital Operations teams securing appropriate SLAs are well established and respected
  • Works with CHC Global data organization to define and implement effective data governance (process / organization / tools) to support CHC transformation
  • Collaborates and support short-, mid- and long term sourcing of skills & talent from Sanofi and/or external parties whilst building relevant critical mass of skills required internally for CHC.
  • Ensures Product technology system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology / Supply Chain or Engineering

Required knowledge and/or experience

  • 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years as technology lead in Supply Chain
  • Experience managing transversal teams
  • Broad background in different sectors with a preference for previous FMCH experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with modern technologies, development methods (Lean & Agile practices) and tools
  • Proven experience from having led/steered large size complex programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment

  • Fluent spoken and written English
