What youll do & learn

This QA team lead position is critical to our development teams. The person in charge will be responsiblefor the overall direction of our Software Qaulity Assurance byworking with everyone from designers to developers to ensure the developer product is of high quality.
The person we are looking forhelps break down Releases phasesinto manageable steps keep the team motivated & push them to think out of the box. Our futur QA Team Leadwill provide technical challengesopportunities through architecture reflexions & visions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies by designing and implementing testing processes methodologies and tools to ensure the quality of software products.
• Define and enforce quality standards guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across squads and excellence in software deliverables.
• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of test environments to support testing activities and ensure consistency between testing and production environments.
• Plan schedule and monitor release activities including post codefreeze validation and stabilization release planning deployment validation and rollback strategies to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of QA engineers providing guidance support and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Participate actively to testing activities

What you embody

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field associated to a previous experience in leading QA activities.
• Ability & willingness to mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Deep understanding of software development and QA processes with proficiency in various testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript).
• Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
• Ability to clearly articulate testing processes plans and results to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms architectures and deployment models.
• Working effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic setting.
• Experience with test automation tools &QA certification is a plus
