Procurement Manager:
Manage sourcing contracting and procurement of thirdparty Goods and Services Contracts.

Define and qualify the specifics that will satisfy relevant needs and assure the services provided meet the operational need and will remain within the expected cost.

Conduct spend analysis analyze supply options identifying sourcing value levers execute competitive RFIs / RFPs and lead supplier negotiations.

Negotiate with service providers and vendors and make tradeoffs to claim maximum value on behalf of the company.

Ensure contracts are written to properly identify the good and services; as well as all associated terms and conditions are properly aligned with business best practices.

Assure users / internal recipients understand all aspects of the goods or services purchased.

Follow up to assure the goods or services provided are in compliance with all the claims made by the supplier as per the contract.
