Construction Manager

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to support one of our projects in Livorno.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager
• Assists to the development and the application of the Construction Site Safety Plan
• Controls the everyday application of the safety plan reports noncompliances and takes remedy measures
• Is monitoring the Construction Site HSE organization defines and applies the organizational

measures for monitoring and accident prevention taking site constraints into account

• Participates in design and constructability reviews
• Defines organizes and sets up construction site supervision resources (personnel and logistics).
• Handles relations with the project organization the existing site entities and external organizations
• Plans schedules and monitors contractors works
• Controls cost variations in work contracts
• Supervises works and ensures the reception
• Assists the project manager for the mechanical acceptance of the facility by the end user
• Defends the interests of Solvay towards the Contractors and Vendors

• Location: Livorno
• Start date: as soon as possible
