- Initiating, Handling and supervising all Technical and systematic Process improvement Projects to reduce time and cost of manufacturing
- Responsible on the coordination between departments to improve workflow and assure that manufacturing complies with quality standards.
- The major target of the unit is “reducing finished product manufacturing cost while keeping in compliance with highest quality standards”.
- Perform the required technical training for the operators to improve their skills
- Improve the OEE and the productivity of the machines and lines in the plant
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement according to the financial feasibility and impact on the cost.
