- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required financial reports and other information as needed to the Chief of Party (COP) and/or Home Office in compliance with USAID and Kaizen policies.
- Manage financial system and set of protocols that enable transparency, accountability, and accuracy.
- Manage internal control processes, audits, and other administrative functions.
- Facilitate the processing of documentation for obtaining VAT exemption certificates for procurements made with USAID and other donors’ funds, conducting quality control checks, and filing all documents for reimbursement.
- Supervise the field office Operations Manager, whose team is responsible for logistics, HR, and operations.
