Power Platform Product Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Help the development team with the implementation and customization of Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications.

Creating and maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles FAQs and troubleshooting guides to help users selfserve and address common issues independently.

Customize and configure Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications to align with organizational needs.

Implement and manage security settings permissions and data access controls within the Power Platform.

Set up and manage environments to facilitate organized development testing and deployment of Power Platform applications.

5 years of experience as a cloud administrator with handson experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform components.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform products including Dynamic 365 Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate.

Strong understanding of data visualization principles data modeling and business intelligence concepts.

Experience with troubleshooting technical issues analyzing logs and debugging software applications.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services particularly Azure Active Directory Azure SQL Database and Azure Functions.

Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft documentation forums and support resources effectively.
