- Ensure 100% error free delivery and respond to payroll related questions or issues in a timely manner
- Execute weekly/bi-weekly / Monthly payroll preparation and distribution of client’s payroll in accordance with Labor Law regulations and policy of that country
- Serve as primary contact for employee resolutions
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that a resolution is reached.
- Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
