- Establish and evolve payment cost KPIs that create visibility to the most important underlying factors driving the average cost of an Adobe recurring transaction.
- Stay current on evolving industry trends to anticipate changes to Adobe’s payment fees before they hit our GL (e.g., scheme/interchange fee increase announcement).
- Identify strategies and build financial models that drive cost savings with our acquiring bank partners, or through internal product changes.
- Lead and support analyses to measure the impact of changes within Adobe’s ecosystem, including contract renewals and/or RFIs or RFPs.
- Establish an operating rhythm in partnership with the Accounting teams to audit for billing errors and to ensure payment fee accuracy in comparison to Adobe’s processing contracts.
