In line with our Clients rapid expansion and sustained growth we are actively seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Payments Manager within the iGaming sector. The primary focus of this role is to guarantee a seamless player deposit and withdrawal experience while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Payments the Payments Manager will oversee operations manage payment processes and collaborate with Payment Operations Teams to optimize and expand payment solutions globally

Tasks

  • Performance Management:
  • Measure and track Payment Service Provider (PSP) performance.
  • Compile and present reports on PSP performance.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage PSP onboarding player deposit and withdrawal payment journeys as the business evolves.
  • Monitor daytoday payment success rates and optimize traffic flows across PSPs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for PSP queries.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Work closely with key functions to set up and create requirements for new developments and improvements in payment functionalities.
  • Research and review competitor sites providing recommendations accordingly.
  • Negotiations and Reconciliation:
  • Conduct negotiations with payment providers for improved pricing.
  • Perform daily reconciliations between various providers and backoffice data/systems.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
  • Liaise with Finance for cash flow settlement reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure compliant onboarding of new payment providers.
  • Coordinate with the MLRO/Head of Fraud and Risk Department for onboarding of PSPs and addressing fraud and riskrelated matters.
  • Continuous Improvement and Support:
  • Stay updated on the latest and most efficient payment solutions.
  • Support the Head of Payments with adhoc tasks related to player payments.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in managing thirdparty relationships specifically Payment Service Providers (PSP).
  • Agility and analytical mindset.
  • Numerical proficiency and strong reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Complianceminded approach.
  • Strong collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of casino products including video slots.
  • Familiarity with various online payment methods and products.
  • Experience in compliance within the iGaming industry.
  • Understanding of fraud and risk mitigation with a focus on MGA regulations.
