Job Description:

The General Manager will provide visionary leadership to define and execute the organization's strategic direction ensuring alignment with overall goals. This role involves overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards and developing annual operating plans and budgets to maintain the company's financial stability. The General Manager will foster a culture of high performance and accountability manage human resources and enhance relationships with the community and stakeholders. Additionally they will lead marketing efforts financial management and continuous improvement across all operational areas to drive sustainable longterm growth.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• B.Eng Degree is required
• Proven ability and success in managing and growing a business
• 5 – 8 years mining industry experience
• Strong financial and business acumen
• South African National
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans
