To ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is of the highest standard

To ensure that all repairs are correct first time to ensure maximum customer

satisfaction

Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle ensuring a good colour match as per

estimate

To ensure the maximum profit is achieved from all repair jobs in accordance with

Company policy

To ensure that the company s policies and procedures are adhered to in order to

ensure objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved

To report any defective items that were not covered by the original estimate to the

Bodyshop Supervisor / Manager

To ensure all material used and time employed on each vehicle is recorded on the

job card and is in line with manufacturers / company policy
