Job Title: Oracle HCM Implementation Analyst
Location: 100% remote est hours

2. HDL and HSDL Loaders a. Need someone experienced with the mass load process in Oracle HCM
3. Security a. Experienced with implementing and maintaining security within the following modules: Core HR (most important) Payroll and Help Desk security b. Someone who has built security roles can maintain them understand what process looks like with quarterly releases reviewing release notes for security enhancement c. Every quarter we go through what is being released. How does this impact us Do we want to accept these changes

3. OIC Oracle FAW Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be helping with security testing including helping to validate security access and roles. Making sure that the team understands what the solutions integrations partner has built as there will be ongoing maintenance including a lot of testing and validation. HDL and HDSL experience is important as this person will be building out the program starting with documentation of process to utilize loaders in this new system. The documentation will be used to train the rest of the team to utilize this tool. This person will also be assisting with testing out functionality as we go through these mass load cycles there are many mass loads
