Job Description

•Drive revenue by working closely with Sales and Sales Support teams and owning the sales order process from beginning to end
•Own and improve order fulfillment KPIs for assigned sales accounts
•Coordinate with Purchasing team and Demand Planning team regarding incoming inventory, product allocations and availability
•Closely and frequently communicate with 3PLs and monitoring daily warehouse output (open orders/shipments/delays)
•Assist with Operations projects including customer onboarding and analysis of current processes
•Create and maintain sales and warehouse fulfillment forecasts
Learn and Accomplish in the First 90 Days
•Understand fulfillment deadlines and processes
