Job Description

- Support booking of flights in line with budget and programme policy;
- Support booking of accommodation and management in line with budget;
- Support management of vehicles, local transportation and equipment;
- Support provision of refreshments, interpreters or material supplies for training and workshops;
- Support communications management including phone top-ups and internet connection;
- Ensure appropriate equipment and provision for the Office including maintenance and liaison with suppliers;
- Ensure procurement and maintenance of first aid and other health, safety and security equipment;
- Manage and maintain asset register of all programme equipment;
- Monitor the deployment schedule and support Operations and Security Manager in planning for deployments and adjustments.
