- Fulfilling orders by ensuring a smooth process from order confirmation until delivery.
- Checking, editing, and confirming order details (Addresses, Card messages, Products).
- Calling customers when required to answer specific requests or solve issues.
- Checking our internal portal and making sure products and inventory are updated correctly.
- Working with florists to make sure the products are arranged in a timely manner.
- Working with drivers to make sure orders are delivered on time.
- Answering calls, Whatsapp, and live chat messages when required.
