The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers..
Provide information and assistance to users on the use and management of their online school store
Assists customers with data issues report development and use data entry and other advanced system functions
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and student balance discrepancies
Student Store online setup and management
Create district administrator credentials for reporting and support
Manages unresolved or open problem tickets to successful completion Researches documents and communicates customer problems
Uses appropriate information systems to enter status and flags unresolved items for followup
Identifies and reports problems to product specialist team
Provide escalated support assistance to users on the school prepayment software product
Researching fees and payment fee models
Responding to customer emails and calls regarding customer set up information
Special projects as assigned
