Job Description

  • To manage and execute payroll process and personal data administration as well as ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Transactional processing of verifying expenses claim submitted by employees against receipt that the claims are in accordance with the company policy
  • To liaise with statutory bodies on matter relating to EPF SOCSO and Income Tax
  • Update and prepare monthly payroll report to Finance & Payroll HQ
  • Coordination with the Finance department for the preparation of cheque payments and issuance on allowance for the internship student and resigned staff
  • Maintain uptodate accurate and confidential employee personnel file and records and ensure all HR Databases/Dashboard are accurate and updated.
  • Prepare employment contract and HR relevant letters (i.e. Hiring confirmation probation termination etc)
  • Administer leave record attendance / time system to all departments for verification purpose.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
