Responsibility:
• Monitor the 2G, 3G, 4G for Radio Network KPIs and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found.
• Monitor MI NW KPIs, Services KPIs and Datacom KPIs based on specific thresholds.
• Making basic troubleshooting and correlation in order to solve detected issues.
• Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved.
• Benchmarking reports to compare network status before and after CRs implementations.
• Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times (e.g Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.)
• Responsible for daily and weekly health checks.
• Responsible for generating daily operational reports.
