Job Title: NET Senior Support/Operation Lead

Job Description:

• 8-10 years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and support and system integration
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers
• Experience in Leading Team of at least 6+ support eng
• Create technical estimations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience Microservices
• Hands on knowledge of Angular
• Should have worked in Agile environment
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)
