• Troubleshooting HVAC tenant tickets with SLA.
• Revise and monitor call HVAC system equipment.
• Revise and monitor the status of DCP equipment and main infra valves and rooms.
• Revise the implementation of PPMs related to DCO (Chillers, cooling towers, etc ).
• Review the applied works from related contractors and Service providers.
• Resolve most problems by exercising discretionary judgment and analysis even in the most complex situations.
• Supervises major overhaul or installation of environmental control systems to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Conducts a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to assure acceptability.
• Oversees repair and replacement of faulty thermostats, wiring and controls, and compressors.
• Reviews the work of contractors for adherence to plans and specifications and quality assurance.
• Keeps records of work orders, inventory, and expenditures.
• Estimates and orders needed equipment and supplies.

What Equips You For The Role

• Professional Diploma in Mechanics or any equivalent degree.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in chilled water systems, chillers operation, PPM, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with compressor overhauling, descaling, annual tests, gas recovery, vacuum, pressure test, oil charge and refrigerant charging.
