Senior Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant with a focus on RESALE. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice, guiding clients in making informed buying and selling decisions. The Senior Consultant will also oversee transactions from start to finish, manage client relationships, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market, with a particular focus on RESALE properties
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Must have a car
