JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct merchandise control to drive business growth.
• Evaluate merchandise and collaborate with managers to plan RO and merchandise rotation across regions.
• Manage Aging inventory to ensure profitability metrics for the HN area.
• Research market and competitors to provide necessary reports for merchandise buying.
• Work with MPM to plan standard merchandise procurement for the HN market.
• Collaborate with various teams: VM MKT Operation Logistic to strategize brand placement for achieving sales targets.
• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise in the HN area.
• Regularly conduct merchandise LC to refresh store inventory.
• Ensure sufficient merchandise to meet brand Target objectives.
• Establish reporting systems.
• Generate reports on Best worst sellers.
• Provide business performance reports: Daily Monthly Weekly etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prioritize candidates with 2 years of experience in sales inventory management planning or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Business acumen with excellent planning and organizational skills to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of Fashion portfolio is a significant advantage.
• Overall understanding of the job responsibilities.
